Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Chilli, Mace, Mint, Gram Flour, Citric Acid, Salt, Kashmeeri Chilly, Turmeric
Ingredients: Nellara tandoori masala 4 tbsp, Chicken (skinned and cut into large pieces) 1 kg, Yogurt 1/2 cup, Salt to taste
Direction: Prick chicken pieces all over with a fork. Mix nellara tandoori masala with yogurt. Marinate the chicke pieces with this mixture overnight in a refrigerator. Pre heat oven. Place chicken pieces in a baking tray lined with foil and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes at 180 C/350F/Gas 4 or until chicken is well cooked. From time to time turns the chicken pieces and brush with the remaining marinade.
