Didn't receive and had to notify the site to let them know it wasn't received at which time they informed me it was out of stock. I was charge and eventually refunded but it would have been nice to know it wasn't in stock at the time giving me an opportunity to find it elsewhere, it took almost a week to find this out. I was satisfied with the customer service with resolving my issue, they were prompt and curtious.

Same here. The item appears to be available and it takes an order, but after charging to credit card nothing happened, no shipment of entire order, or no update. Then contacted about a week later to find out this item and some others are not in stock, and awaiting for fullfillment without any notice.
