Dalia is made by taking organic garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas, kabuli chana, bengal gram), removing the shell and splitting them in half. The resulting lentil is roasted to give it a deeper taste and texture. Dalia is usually blended into dishes and used as a thickener is chutneys and soups. It has a earthy and nutty flavor.
