Puttu is a common breakfast dish in the state of Kerala in South India. This special type of "Puttu" flour is made with Samba Wheat, a special variety of wheat grown only in South India. It is high in dietary fiber and iron.
This flour is mixed with water and grated coconut and steamed into large tubes in a Puttu Maker or pressure cooker.

Direction: We the puttupodi with suitable quantity of water and salt. Mix for 5 minutes to obtain desired consistency. Keep the mix for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mix into puttu candle with coconut gratins as per the photographs in the front side of the pack.
Place the candle on a pressure cooker/steaming vessel and cooking for 3-5 minutes.
