Cooking Instructions: Rinse measured rice 1 to 2 times thoroughly. Place 1 cup of rice and 2 cup of water in a saucepan. Add salt to taste. Bring to a vigorous boil. Stir and reduce heat to medium and let simmer covered for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, let stir covered for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
Cooking Tips: For best results soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
