  1. Rajah Tandoori Masala 100 Grams Tin

This is the worst Tandoori Masala I have come across. It has no colour and looks and tastes like rough/coarse mixed curry powder. Rajah used to have a different Tandoori Masala which had a reddish colour and came in 400 Grams in packet. I wonder if they still manufacture those??? I would not recommend this Tandoori Masala. Very expensive as well!!

The spice mix is an excellent product except for the warning regarding the food coloring. For making small quantities of chicken use a tablespoon and a half of the mix with the same amount of thick yogurt (drain the yogurt in cheese cloth for an hour to remove all the water from the yogurt) mix it well and put the chicken and spice mix in a thick plastic baggie, mix it well and marinate for as long as possible but no shorter than two hours. You can put lemon or lime juice on the chicken after you score it before marinating if you like.

  3. Excellent Spice Blend

I learned about this product from a co-worker. It makes an amazing flavor to any dish.
